1. The service

Undermotive (ABN 55 672 420 962) provides AI-assisted software and services on the plan you select. Generated content, such as job adverts and outreach, is a draft you must review, edit and approve before you use or publish it. You are responsible for ensuring anything you publish is accurate, lawful and compliant (including anti-discrimination and employment law).

2. Billing & renewal

Subscription plans are billed in advance and automatically renew each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; Undermotive never stores your card details.

3. Setup fees

One-off setup fees cover configuration of your brand and tone. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing content. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Undermotive is not liable for hiring, recruitment, commercial or legal outcomes arising from content you approve and use.
